In this workshop, we’ll explore how yoga can be a powerful tool for healing when taught through a trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally responsive lens. Through embodied practice, skill-building, and discussion, participants will learn how to create safer, more welcoming spaces that honor the diverse lived experiences of all students. This workshop was designed for yoga teachers or practitioners who would like to deepen their understanding of the nervous system, intersectionality, and practices to support healing and collective well-being. $50
