Hands on Adjustments: Sun Salute A (Surya Namaskar)
In this segment of our adjustment series, Rich will focus on the poses that encompass Sun Salute A (Surya Namaskar). We'll start out slow and break down each pose in the salute and ways to approach differing bodies and tension patterns. We'll slowly build up our speed of adjustments to synch up with the breath and the movement of our student. Ultimately aiming to align the inner light with the outer. In a nutshell: Tadasana review with Urdvha Hastasana, Utanasana, Ardha Utanasana, Plank, Chaturanga(supported), Bhujanghasana and a review of Urdvha Mukha Svanasana. As time permits we'll explore Savasana(corpse pose). $60
