A pop-up 90-minute, all-levels Vin-Yin class. We'll move and groove with a slow-flow for half the class, turning then to releasing the body through longer yin poses during the second half of the class. A nourishing savasna rounds out the practice to tie together both sides of the practice. This class is perfect for beginners, as well as advanced yoga practitioners. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired. Purchase as a single class or use your punch pass.
