This workshop invites you to honor that seasonal transition through a slow and mindful yoga practice. We’ll begin with a gentle slow flow to awaken circulation, mobility, and breath, followed by deeply supported restorative postures to allow the nervous system to settle and integrate.
Rather than rushing into the energy of spring, this practice honors the art of thawing- the space where movement and rest coexist.
After our one-hour yoga practice, you’re warmly invited to stay for a relaxed community tea hangout, offering time to connect, reflect, and ease back into the evening together.
