Saturday Mornings at 7:30 a.m. Roll out of bed and into your body. This stronger morning practice focuses on mobilizing stiff joints after sleep and re-activating muscles after the work week. We’ll target posture and undo modern life patterns, re-patterning the body with better habits from the ground up. Expect movement that challenges you while brightening your mind and heart for the weekend ahead. Leave feeling taller, clearer, and set up for success the rest of the day. Level 2-3
