As we all experience a different way of living and adapt to changes made for us, we are given an opportunity to be more intentional. In this monthly series, families are encouraged to join Chelsea to build a toolbox of strategies you can use at home while living in these challenging times. We will meet virtually and in studio each month for 30-45 minutes as Chelsea guides you through gentle movement, conscious breathing, and provides a new mindfulness practice to pull from in your daily life
